Robo

The only noise was the rustle of the fans. There was no one in the office to watch over all this hardware. Perfect.

Chris opened the window noiselessly. Together with the little robot, they slipped inside unnoticed. A small friend immediately chose one of the computers and connected to it. Its screen flickered and the machine started booting. Very slowly.

"What is it? Medieval equipment?" Chris asked sarcastically.

"Connection is secure," the robot said. "Do you want to log in to the user account?"

"Yeah, do it."

"Which one is yours?"

"Um..." Chris didn't know what to say. "Administrator?"

The robot didn't ask any more questions, just logged in. He had to guess the password in a split second. Chris sat down in the chair and put hands on the keyboard. The desktop was in chaos.

"Hey, Robo," Chris said. "Could you find me the company data?"

"Do you want to connect to the Internet?"

"What? No! I meant in this PC, not in the Inter…"

"I can also ask on the social network," Robo continued, not listening to Chris. "I am online. Your friend just recorded a new song. Do you want to download it?"

"No!"

"Good. It is over four thousand kilobytes. We have no disk space to store it."

"So why are you asking?"

"Do you want me to encode data from this computer?"

"You know what? Better decode it all, download and we run away. You definitely need new software."

Robo made a few happy computer-like sounds. He finished his job quickly. Chris grabbed him in hands and they escaped through the same window they entered.
